At Gelfy Love store, we partner with professional fulfillment centers to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and accurately as possible.

Processing & Fulfillment

We pride ourselves on fast order processing. Orders placed before  2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and handed off to our shipping carrier within  24 hours

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 Split Shipments

To get your order to you as fast as possible, your items may be shipped from different warehouse locations. This means your order could arrive in multiple packages

You will only be charged one shipping fee (or free shipping if you qualify), even if your items arrive separately.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package via email.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize smart routing to ship your order from the fulfillment center nearest to you. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your package and are displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order leaves our fulfillment center

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number(s). Because we use automated fulfillment, this email is sent instantly, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

 International Shipping

We ship to international destinations

Customs & Import Fees: Orders shipping internationally may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Gelfy Love Store has no control over these fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Since we use a third-party fulfillment network, we do not accept returns sent directly to our warehouses without prior authorization.

1. Contact Us Please email us at youvolunteer@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.
2.  Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
3.  Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected at our designated returns center.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please report it to the shipping carrier immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
